"Golem" ("Der Golem") directed by Paul Wegener is a silent, expressionistic movie from 1920. It referes to Austrian occultist and mystic Gustav Meyrink’s novel from 1915 and a famous legend about golem, a being created from clay and brought to life by human’s prayers.

Wudec decided to refresh this extraordinary images by composing and producing his authorial soundtrack. This soundtrack was coming into being for around 2 months and had it’s premiere in October in Katowice, where it was presented, to the public alongside with the movie. A positive offtake resulted in another viewing, this time in Poznan. The project's music was also remade and then published as an album entitled „Demortis”.
